After submitting a refund application, you will receive a notification confirming receipt, and we may contact you if further information is needed. If we cannot reach you, the refund will be held, and you must send a follow-up email with the subject “Applying for Release of Held Refund.”
During the refund process, the Creator Inside Team reserves the right to hold or remove access to the course content. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days, and in certain cases, it may take longer. Once the refund is successful, the full amount will be issued back to you, minus a 10% processing fee.
The Creator Inside Team reserves the right to change or amend its refund policy with or without notifying users. However, all users are encouraged to review this policy before applying for a refund. All changes are effective from the date of implementation and will honor previous policies for applications submitted before the change.
